BodyQUICK - 12 Guidelines for
Optimal Effect
1.Utilize a performance
cycle:
To ensure optimal cognitive response to
BodyQUICK (Cognamine), utilize a 2-1 or 5-2
performance cycle. Using a 2-1 performance cycle,
you would take BodyQUICK for two days and take
none every third day. Using a 5-2 performance
cycle, you would take BodyQUICK for five days and
take none every sixth and seventh day.
(e.g.,Monday-Friday) and then none (e.g.,Saturday
and Sunday). The average user will experience
measurable results within 30-90 minutes of
ingestion, with maximum peak effects following one
to two weeks of consistent use.
2.Identify your optimum BodyQUICK
dosage range:
BodyQUICK has a bell-shaped effect
curve--more is not better, and you should identify
your personal optimum dosage through a brief
testing period. Some individuals will experience
maximum performance benefits with only one
capsule, and any more will not increase, but
rather decrease, performance effects. In fact, one
is likely to feel slow if more than the necessary
amount is taken.
80% of users will not experience effects
with one (1) or (2) capsules. The average optimum
dosage is three (3) capsules, with four (4)
capsules as the second most common. Identify your
optimum dosage range by making your first dose (2)
capsules. If effects are excessive for your
system, decrease the dosage to one(1) capsule. If
the effects are not noticeable, take three (3)
capsules no less than eight hours later. Repeat
again with (4) capsules if necessary. Using this
information, you will be able to reliably develop
a customized performance program with predictable
results.
3.Take with food to prevent
stomach-upset:
As with any dietary supplement, ingestion
without food may occasionally cause minor stomach
upset. Take BodyQUICK with a small meal or a
minimum of 12oz caloric beverage such as juice
(approximately 200-300 calories) to prevent
stomach upset.
4.Increase dietary intake of
choline and phenylalanine:
Choline deficiency is common in the United
States, and as the primary precursor to
acetycholine(ACh), choline functions
synergistically with cognamine to produce
neurophysical performance improvements greater
than the two taken independently. Though not
required, increase consumption of foods with high
choline content-the two most effective sources
being whole eggs and lean red meat products-will
increase performance gains. Phenyalanine is a
precursor to catecholamines
(norepinephrine,epinephrine and
dopamine)and,similar to choline, increases the
effects of BodyQUICK by providing additional
material for neurotransmitters associated with
cognition. A convenient source of phenyalanine is
diet soft -drinks ( be sure to use caffeine-free).
Phenyalanine can also be found in almonds,
avocados, eggs, fish, lima beans, peanuts, pumpkin
seeds, sesame seeds, and soy products.
5.Use grapefruit juice as a
delivery mechanism:
Taking BodyQUICK with grapefruit juice as a
delivery mechanism will prolong the effects of
Cognamine due to naringin and simultaneously
provide a low-glycemic index source of
carbohydrates for extended blood-sugar stability
and sustained mental performance.
6. Avoid ingestion of foods
containing tryptophan:
The effects of BodyQUICK are significantly
decreased if ingested with foods containing
tryptophan, a sedative amino acid which competes
for receptor sites with several of the active
components of Cognamine. For this reason, and to
ensure optimal response, do not consume BodyQUICK
within one hour of such foods
(turkey,milk,potato).
7.Avoid stimulants (e.g.,
decongestants, fat-loss
products):
BodyQUICK will increase the effects of
stimulants on the human system. For this reason,
do not consume coffee or other sources of
caffeine, decongestants such as
"SUDAFED"(pseudoephedrine), ephedrine, fat-loss
products, or other stimulants while using
BodyQUICK
8. Use BodyQUICK for
state-cuing in
examinations/events:
If you use BodyQUICK for performance in a
specific task or to study for a given subject,
ensure that you take BodyQUICK 45 minutes prior to
testing/performance in that subject or task to
benefit from biological state cues, subsequent
recall facilitation, and associated performance
improvements.
9.Use Vascular Breathing Patterns
(VBP) to increase cerebral blood
flow:
By temporarily increasing carbon dioxide
content in the blood through the timed-breathing
techniques of VBP, one can dilate the carotid
arteries of the neck increasing cerebral oxygen
delivery and further potentiating the performance
effects of BodyQUICK
Breathe using a second ratio of
2:5:3,inhale through the nose, exhale through
pursed lips, and perform the pattern for 10-30
breaths prior to mental activity. Example
patterns, in order of preference, would include :8
seconds inhale/20 seconds hold/12 seconds exhale;
4 seconds inhale/10 seconds hold/ 8 seconds
exhale. The greater the duration of hold and
exhale, the greater the effects of Vascular
Breathing Patterns.
10.Elevate legs during periods of
extended sleep deprivation or physical
fatigue:
During periods of extending mental activity
(e.g.,study or work), rest periods can and should
be taken every 1-2 hours that last 15-20 minutes
in duration. This limited duration is used to
prevent onset of long-wave sleep. To increase
circulation to the upper torso and brain, elevate
the legs during this period: drape one leg over
the top of a couch; or lay on the floor, placing
your legs on a chair or bed. Although used by
Olympic athletes and professional ballet dancers
for recovery during short rest periods at
competitions and performances, this technique is
also ideal for students required to sustain long
study periods.
11.Maximize your retention and
memory using the Primary/Recency and Von Restorff
effects:
By breaking study or work sessions into 45
minute sections, with 5 minute rest periods
interspersed, you can significantly increase
retention and later recall percentage. This is due
to multiplying the frequency of the
Primary/Recency effect, which dictates that items
at the beginning and the end of a study session
are better remembered than those located in the
centre This applies equally to physical skills and
studied data.
During the 5 minute rest periods, mentally
list 5-10 most recently practiced or studied key
points. Mentally order the most easily remembered
points ( do not strain) and do not record the
items by writing during this period. At each 5
minute review point, limit the total number of
critical items for the day to a maximum of
10.
To complement the Primary/Recency effect:
place the most interesting or outstanding
(dissimilar from surrounding material) items in
the centre of your 45-minute study or practice
blocks, which will peak retention at a third point
utilizing the Von Restorff effect.
12.Experiment with new forms of
exercise and learning to experience the full
benefits BodyQUICK has to
offer. |
